Kirk graduated from Mississippi State University with a Bachelors Degree in Agronomy in December of 1980. Mr. McCarville has served on numerous boards and commissions in the Casa Grande area, including: The Industrial Development Authority for the City of Casa Grande, The Greater Casa Grande Valley Economic Development Foundation, and the Casa Grande Downtown Association. In addition, he has won recognition from a number of organizations for his work in Downtown Re-development and Historic
Preservation including:
The State Main Street / Governor's Award in 1993, Arizona Main Street Individual of the Year Finalist in 1997, and Arizona Preservation Foundation in 1999.
Mr. McCarville has served 8 years as a member of the Casa Grande City Council
and is on the Executive Committee/Board of Directors of the Casa Grande Boys and Girls Club.

Roy has lived in Casa Grande for more than 30 years. He is a founding partner of Palo Verde Land & Investments and has been in the Commercial Real Estate Business since 1983.
Some of Roy’s designations include being a lifetime Gold Card Member of Professional Rodeo Cowboy Association, and is an active member of Arizona Quarter Horse Racing Association.
He is happily married to his wife Sue, and has two children Clay Pittullo of SMP development and Britt Pittullo of Studio 46.

Steve Q. Miller
Steve has extensive experience is all aspects of the home building industry. Steve has worked from entry level to management of employees, subcontractors and customer service. Steve has owned a truss manufacturing plant for eight years. He has been certified as an ICBO Building Inspector for the City of Casa Grande. Steve has become the qualifying party for a local home builder and oversaw the land development where he had up to 37 homesites under construction.
